27 YEAR OLD MALE WITH CHRONIC PANCREATITIS AND PSEUDOCYST

27, male, electrician by profession. Hopi: 
He was apparently asymptomatic 3months ago. He was beaten up by his relatives and then he developed pain in epigastric and left hypochondriac region which is sudden in onset and radiating to the back. It was of squeezing type
Aggravating factors : Eating food
Relieving factors : Medications, bending forward
Type of pain : Squeezing type
It is not associated with nausea , vomiting , burning micturition , diarrhoea
He was also having chest pain Which is burning type since 3 months

Past history: multiple similar episodes in the past

Addictions: alcoholic since 4years, drinks everyday, about 1-2 quarters
No smoking
